Purpose

Reduce confusion and friction by clarifying how the Membership Officer collaborates with other roles.

Guiding Principle

Clear roles and regular communication create a better member experience.

No single role owns membership—collaboration ensures consistency and continuity.

How This Work Is Structured

The Membership Officer collaborates with both:

  • Local Group leadership and volunteers
  • National roles and staff

Each plays a different but complementary role.

Not sure who handles what? See Who Does What (Roles Overview).
