Template:LGFlexibleRoles

Purpose

Displays a friendly note explaining that Local Groups may divide responsibilities among different members.

Parameters

• role – the role normally associated with the tasks (optional).

If not provided, the template defaults to Role.

Usage

Example specifying the role:

Local Groups can organize roles in the way that works best for them.

While some of the responsibilities listed here are often handled by the Local Group Membership Officer, Local Groups are encouraged to share these tasks among members in whatever way works best for their team.

If someone other than the Local Group Membership Officer takes on some of these tasks, that’s completely fine. What matters most is that the responsibilities are covered. However your group divides the work, your collaboration helps keep the Local Group welcoming, connected, and thriving.
