Role Introduction

The Membership Officer helps members feel welcomed, connected, and valued throughout their membership experience.

The role is centered around two primary responsibilities:

Area Description
Welcoming New Members Helping new, transferred, and reinstated members feel welcomed and connected
Renewal and Retention Supporting continued membership through communication, engagement, and outreach

Everything else supports these goals. Focus on welcoming and retention—you do not need to do everything at once.
